What to expect
CrossTown Kids is the children’s ministry of Church of the Cross. Our awesome team of trained volunteers work hard to ensure that while you’re loving church, your kids will be loving church too!
You will start by checking your child into our computerized database, to help ensure his or her security. Then, if you’d like, one of our team members will walk you to where you drop off your child. Your child will be greeted and shown his or her room by one of our volunteers. All of our CrossTown Kids volunteers are background checked and trained to guarantee your child has the safest and best experience possible.
We divide our ministry into three separate environments so that we can engage your child at his or her level: Littleville Nursery (6 weeks – 2 years), Littleville Preschool (Pre – K) and Big City Kids (Kindergarten – 5th grade).
For special friends with special needs we offer a “buddy” experience with a trained volunteer that is focused on engaging them in the life of the church.
We think that church should be fun for people at any age, so we use technology, fun activities, skilled volunteers and small group time so that children can experience for themselves who God is, how He sees them and how much He loves them.
We would be honored to have your child join us at CrossTown Kids and hope that you visit us soon at any of our weekend services or at our Wednesday Night Kids Club at 7pm.
