Children's Ministry 2nd Grade - 5th Grade
What to Expect
Picking noses, dumpster diving, and even more silly games, hands-on activities, kid style music, and so much more. This room is probably the most happening room on Sunday mornings. They are loud and they have a blast. Your children will walk out knowing that God is crazy about them and with a lesson that they can apply to their lives today.
When you arrive
Please let the teacher know of any information that will help in caring for your child such as diabetes, allergies or any other special needs. If for any reason your child may need you during the service, you will be promptly paged.
Checking on your child
Feel free to check on your child any time during the service. However, we ask that you do so discreetly, trying not to let your child see you.
Pick-up procedures
At checkout time, we will ask that you present your identification badge so that we can match it to your child’s badge. Once matched, your child will be returned to you along with his/her personal belongings. Please make sure you have received all your child’s personal belongings. A child will not be released without a matching identification badge and children will only be released to an adult.
Your child's health
To ensure the health of children and volunteers, we ask that sick children do not attend, if the following exist: fever (over 99.5 degrees), vomiting or diarrhea within the last 24 hours, any symptom of childhood diseases such as scarlet fever, German measles, mumps, chicken pox or whooping cough, common cold - from onset through one week, sore throat, croup, any unexplained rash, any skin infection - boils, ringworm or impetigo, untreated pink eye or other eye infection, any communicable disease, lice, including the presence of eggs or nits. These are the guidelines that we follow and we expect that a child or volunteer be free of fever for 24 hours attending.
