John Treworgy

Connections and Community Director

Three things most people do not know about John:

  1. Got a blister from playing Rock Band - Ouch!
  2. Loves to cook.
  3. Photographic memory

The man is educated:
He graduated with a degree in Biblical
Studies(with Honors). He reads and writes in 3 ancient languages.
(Ancient Greek, Hebrew, and Aramaic) One of his papers has
actually been published. And let's not forget the Big Bird diploma. ;)

Most exciting experience that John has encountered:
I rode the Big Shot on the top of the Stratosphere in Las Vegas. It was 4 g's on
the way up and zero gravity on the way down at over 1000 ft
above the ground. I kissed the ground when I exited. It was a spiritual experience.

Teri Denton

Support Groups Director

Teri's passion towards helping others:

Teri believes God has called her to proclaim Isaiah 61 - setting the
captives free (captives to their sin), which brings the ultimate
freedom in their life. Her heart is to live out 2 Corinthians 1:4 -
comforting others with the comfort we have ourselves have
received in from God.

Three things that describe Teri:

  1. Her willingness to be stretched and out of her comfort zone.

What does Teri do in her spare time?

  1. Train for triatholons

Adam Downer

Worship Director & Young Adults Director

Is married to his wife, Penny, whom he believes is the most
beautiful and caring woman he has ever known. They have 3
children - Addy, Hannah, and Eli.

Adam has been leading Worship for the last 10+ years. He has also
done some traveling with a band that he was the lead vocalist for.

  1. Played High School Basketball.
  2. Favorite song is "Livin' on a prayer" by Bon Jovi.
  3. Prefers Pro sports to College sports (Atlanta Falcons Fan)

Young Adults Worship Director

David has been volunteering in leading worship since high school.
His gift and passion for worship is evident. We are honored to have
him lead worship for Saturday services and for young adults on Thursdays.

Louie Weber

Student Ministry Director

Just married his beautiful wife Melissa this past November in
Melbourne Fl where he grew up. He met Melissa in college at Palm
Beach Atlantic University in West Palm where Lou received a
degree in Communication Studies and Youth Ministry. His parents
are still in Melbourne and he has an older sister Jessica who is an
artist in Indiana. Lou comes to us from a great family church in
Boca Raton Fl and is excited to be a part of what God is doing in
Bradenton.

  1. Favorite Quote- "Always… No Wait, Never… "
  2. In 4th grade was on an episode of the TV show, "Full House"
  3. Faith Hill touched my hand once(and though it is disputed, she winked at me)

Marie is originally from Georgia and is a huge fan of the

She recently completed her Masters degree in
Children's Ministry and is super excited about never taking a test
or writing another paper again!
